1、本科生毕业论文本科毕业论文(20届)CA6140拨叉类零件加工工艺及夹具设计专业:机械设计制造及其自动化摘要36本科生毕业论文CA6140车床拨叉位于车床变速机构中主要起换档,和其他零件配合,在改变转速的时候承受轻微的载荷,所以加工时应该保证本零件的重要工作表面符合技术要求。本次设计是车床变速箱中拔叉零件的加工工艺规程及部分工序的专用夹具设计。在本次设计中,我有针对性地选择拨叉831003为研究对象。零件的结构外形比较复杂,且不易加工,因此该零件选用是铸造件。它的主要加工面是孔、拨叉叉口两端面和槽,在加工中由于面的加工精度要比孔的加工精度容易保证。因此,在设计中采用先面
2、后孔的原则,并将孔与平面的加工划分为粗加工和精加工阶段,以保证加工精度。由于该零件的尺寸小,所需的夹紧力不大,因此一般都采用手动夹紧,它的机构设计简单、方便,且满足夹紧要求。整个加工过程选用了钻床、铣床和镗床。工件在机床上定位夹紧选用专用夹具,夹紧方式为手动夹紧,夹紧可靠,操作方便。在设计拉刀时,根据零件材料、切削余量等,选择并计算拉刀的各种参数,如拉刀的容屑槽、拉刀齿升量、拉刀齿型及齿数等并根据这些参数画出拉刀工作图。关键词:夹紧;专用夹具;加工;拉刀设计。ABSTRACTThemainroleofCA6140latheturningforkofthespeedcha
