1、本科毕业生论文本科毕业论文(20届)300型船用齿轮箱设计专业:机械设计制造及其自动化摘要45本科毕业生论文齿轮箱通俗来讲就是减数器,通过几组齿轮的作用,起到降低转速、正转、倒转的作用,通常与中高速柴油机配套。同时船用齿轮箱还多了推力轴承,及把从螺旋桨传来的推力通过推力轴承传到船体上。船用齿轮箱工作原理:大齿轮小齿轮啮合,高速轴装小齿轮,低速轴装大齿轮,轴间速比为反齿数比。300型船用齿轮箱具有完整独立的液压控制系统,倒、顺车减速比完全一致,均可传递全部功率;离合器特置后端,使您装拆倍感方便。本文通过确定速比、传动能力,来计算出
2、模荷比,求出各级速比的传递能力。根据齿轮与齿轮之间的啮合,齿轮的结构设计在不同的模数、螺旋角、速比的情况下进行的。轴的设计部分,主要参照了齿轮厂的齿轮箱的结构,设计了三根轴,分别是输入轴、输出轴、传动轴。这样也要选用比较合适的轴承,根据不同的轴的结构,选用不同的轴承,并且对轴承还要校核,。齿轮与轴之间通过热套连接,船用齿轮箱中均采用热套配合,也对热套进行大量计算。离合器的主要是湿式摩擦离合器,参照机械设计手册按杭齿厂要求进行。离合器连接着活塞,弹簧也连接在活塞上,计算弹簧能承受的最大和最小负荷,还有弹簧的圈数。当然我们不仅要设计
