1、氯诺昔康复合异丙酚静脉麻醉用于人流术的效果邱爱军史永胜刘高望刘友刚（南方医科大学南方医院麻醉科疼痛诊疗中心，广州510515）摘要目的：评价氯诺昔康复合异丙酚静脉麻醉用于人流术的临床效果及安全性。方法：60例门诊行人流术的早孕妇，随机分为氯诺昔康组（L组，n=30）和芬太尼组(F组，n=30)，L组氯诺昔康16mg、F组芬太尼1µg•kg-1静脉注射后2min，二组均复合异丙酚静脉麻醉。观察平均动脉压（MAP）、心率（HR）、脉搏氧饱和度（SpO2）、意识消失及恢复时间、离院时间、异丙酚总量及不良反应。结果：用药后2min，MAP、
2、SpO2二组均明显低于用药前(P<0.01)；该时点SpO2F组明显低于L组(P<0.01)。意识消失时间F组早于L组（P=0.032）；二组意识恢复时间（P=0.427），异丙酚总量（P=0.134），组间比较差异均无显著性。离院时间L组明显早于F组（P<0.01）。清醒后眩晕L组明显少于F组（P<0.01）。结论：氯诺昔康或芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉麻醉用于人流术镇痛效果相似，但前者呼吸抑制及不良反应轻，有利于病人早期离院。关键词氯诺昔康芬太尼异丙酚麻醉静脉内人工流产Effectsoflornoxicamcombiningwithpr
