1、基层民主建设探讨村民自治与农村基层民主建设探讨摘要：屮国是一个农村人口占绝人多数的国家，农业、农村和农民问题在屮国的政治、经济以及社会发展中起着举足轻重的作用。口1987年《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法》实行以來，村民自治在广人农村不断发展完善。并受到越來越广泛的关注，其在维护农村社会稳定，改善党群干群关系，促进农村基层民主建设方面具冇积极的意义。口改革开放以来，随着基层农民民主意识的不断增强，农村基层民主建设取得了长足的发展，它不仅维护了农村社会的发展和稳定，而且给中国民主政治的发展带來了深远的影响。右］“村民口治”格局下进行的农村基层民主
