1、阿胶黄精丸联合替比夫定治疗肝肾阴虚型慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察孙何会徐忠良1．山东中医药大学附属医院肝病科(山东济南，250011)2．山东淄博市第一医院感染科摘要目的：观察阿胶黄精丸联合替比夫定治疗肝肾阴虚型慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)临床疗效。方法：6o例CHB患者随机分为治疗组(阿胶黄精丸联合替比夫定治疗)和对照组(替比夫定治疗)各30例。观察治疗24周后患者临床证候、生化学指标、免疫学指标、病原学指标等改善情况。结果：治疗24周时总有效率，治疗组为70．0o％，对照组为53．33％，两组比较差异无显著
