本科毕业论文摘要摘要本设计为温州市某五层教学楼中央空调系统,为之设计合理的中央空调系统,为室内学习和工作人员提供舒适的环境。建筑共五层,总面积为4236m²,层高3.5m,总高17.5m。设计的空调系统采用风机盘管加独立新风系统,选用水冷机组制冷冻水供冷。设计的内容包括:根据土建和气象等资料,利用负荷计算公式进行房间冷负荷和湿负荷的计算。根据房间用途确定新风量,并确定新风供给方式和处理方案,绘制焓湿图。接下来通过计算,根据冷量和风量进行风机盘管和新风机组的选型。选定送风方式,进行气流组织的计算,确定散流器的个数和型号。初步绘制图纸,进行风系统和水系统的设计、布置与水力计算,确定风管尺寸和水管的直径,并进行校验。按标准进行冷凝水管的设计。进行冷冻机房的部分设备的计算与选型。机组的消声隔振的设计。风管系统与水管系统保温和防腐的设计。绘制风系统与水系统的平面图和系统图,绘制机房的平面布置图。[关键词]教学楼;中央空调;风机盘管;独立新风系统;负荷;水力计算0 本科毕业论文正文1前言空气调节的意义在于使空气达到所要求的状态,一般指在某一特定空间内,对空气温度、湿度、流动速度及清洁度进行人工调节,以满足人们工作、生活和工艺生产过程的要求。空气调节技术是当今发展很快的一门技术,它与人们的生活水平息息相关。按负担室内负荷所用的介质可将空气调节系统划分为全空气系统,全水系统,空气—水系统,制冷剂系统。由于空调装置的广泛应用,需要设置空调系统的大型建筑物越来越多,如果仅靠空气来负担热湿负荷,将占用较大的空间,并造成初投资的增加,但如果仅靠水来负担室内热湿负荷,又会造成空气质量无法保障,因此可以同时使用水和空气来负担空调室内的热湿负荷。本设计就是风机盘管加新风系统,用盘管处理室内回风,而室内卫生则依靠新风机组集中处理后由新风管网统一供给。57 本科毕业论文正文2工程概况本工程是温州某五层教学楼中央空调系统设计,该建筑共有5层,层高3.5m,总建筑高度17.5m,采用半集中式风机盘管加独立新风系统。2.1土建资料1、外墙为普通砖墙内外粉刷厚240mm,传热系数K=1.95,2、屋顶为水泥膨胀珍珠岩保温厚70mm,传热系数K=1.10,3、内墙为普通砖墙内外粉刷厚120mm,传热系数K=2.37,4、楼板为钢筋混凝土加粉刷和面层,传热系数K=3.13,5、窗为6mm单层玻璃,传热系数K=5.94,2.2室外设计参数夏季:空调室外计算干球温度32.8℃,湿球温度28.7℃,空调日平均温度29.6℃冬季:空调室外计算干球温度1℃,空调室外计算相对湿度75%2.3室内设计参数夏季:温度26℃,湿度60%,冬季:温度18℃,湿度60%,2.4人员和新风标准单位面积人数:教室0.8人/,老师办公室0.2人/,大礼堂1人/,会议室0.5人/,校长办公室1人,实验室0.6人/。新风量:所有房间类型都取20人,走廊和大厅取557 本科毕业论文正文8.2冷却水系统设计根据机组冷却水量,选择冷却塔型号DBNL3-250,该冷却塔冷却水量为250m³/h,高3835mm,最大直径4342mm,进水压力30.1KPa,喷雾压力50KPa。8.3冷却水泵型号的选择根据制冷机的冷凝负荷可确定冷却水泵的流量。冷却水泵的扬程:(8—1)式中—最不利环路上沿程阻力损失,kPa;—最不利环路上局部阻力损失,kPa;—冷凝器的冷却水侧的阻力,kPa;—冷却塔中水的提升高度(从底部水池到喷淋器的高差)×9.8kPa;—冷却塔喷嘴的喷雾压力,这里取50KPa。所有冷却管段长为50m,冷水机组冷却水流量L=200m3/h,管径DN200mm,算得速度v=1.77m/s。局部阻力:两个截止阀ξ=14,14个90°弯管ξ=14,=43.78kPa。查得比摩阻R=0.151kPa/m,所以沿程阻力=0.151×50=7.55kPa,总阻力=+=43.78+7.55=51.33kPa。水泵扬程=1.1(51.33+60+3×9.8+50)=209.8kPa=21.4mH2O根据水泵扬程和流量选用水泵两台,一用一备,型号SLW200-400A,流量220m3/h,扬程40m。8.4冷冻水泵型号的选择冷冻水管路阻力损失计算方法为:(8—2)式中—最不利环路上沿程阻力损失,kPa;—最不利环路上局部阻力损失,kPa;57 本科毕业论文正文空调系统的隔振设计包括设备隔振和管道隔振。设备隔振包括冷水机组、空调机组、水泵以及其他可能产生较大振动的设备。管道隔振主要是设备的振动通过管道进行传递。必须对所有的空调、制冷设备都做有效的隔振处理,隔振台座通常采用钢筋混凝土预制件或型钢架,其尺寸应满足设备安装的要求。隔振要求较小的设备吊装时,若有必要,可采用橡胶隔振吊钩。一般管道隔振是通过设备与管道之间的软连接实现的,软管可以起到温度、压力和安装的补偿作用。10管道保温及防腐的设计所有风管均需保温,风管保温采用专用带防潮铝箔贴面超细玻纤毡,也可选用符合防火规范要求的橡塑保温材料。冷冻水和冷凝水管道均需保温,保温采用橡塑保温材料。管道保温施工前,应将其表面污垢、油渍等清除干净,且应彻底除锈,清洗洁净,然后涂防锈漆两遍,再做保温层,非保温管道及管道支(吊)架同样除油、除垢、除锈清洗,涂两遍防锈漆,其外再按规定涂不同颜色面漆两遍。57 本科毕业论文正文57本科毕业论文小结小结经过两个多月的不懈努力,终于完成了本次毕业设计。在此本人巩固了大学四年来所学的知识,对空调系统有了一个更加完整的认识和了解,并系统的掌握了设计的过程和方法。但是因为自身的思维和知识水平有限,导致设计中并没有什么创新之处。虽然成果不是很令人满意,但终究是自己动手一步一步做出来的,这点使我在遗憾之余感到些许欣慰。设计中的每一步,我都做了认真的考虑,在这样点滴考虑与思量过程中,我摸索到空调设计要点,更清晰了解整个设计过程。相信本人在以后的工作过程中,理论结合实践,经过不懈的努力,在本专业方面会有更大的进步。本次毕业设计的完成,其中有自己本身的艰辛付出,也离不开指导老师和同学的帮助。在此感谢老师和同学们对我的帮助和指导。  57
