1、浅析企业财务风险及对策Analysesenterprisefinancialriskandcountermeasures2016年12月6日在竞争日趋激烈的市场经济时代，我国占据多数的企业多为中小型企业，这类企业具有外部客观环境不确定性和人们对这种不确定性认知局限的特定，因此企业经营面临着巨大的财务风险。实践证明陷入经营危机的企业多数为偿债能力不足、资金周转不灵。同时这类企业对这种风险的产生危机意识不强，也没有有效的措施加以防范和管理，最终导致管理的失败。随着我国经济的快速发展，企业如南后春笋般林立，所以建立系统的风险控制办法，对于企业财务风险进行管理控制具有重要意义。一方面有利于
