1、方克联合更生霉素治疗妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤的临床研究丁晖刘凤英吴宜林刘毅智陶光实韩洁（中南大学湘雅二医院妇产科长沙410011）【关键词】 妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤 化学疗法 方克 5－氟尿嘧啶更生霉素【摘 要】 目的 观察方克联合更生霉素治疗滋养细胞肿瘤的疗效及毒副反应，方法 246例滋养细胞肿瘤患者采用方克联合更生霉素化疗，分析近期疗效、毒副反应，并与34例5－氟尿嘧啶联合更生霉素化疗患者的近期疗效、毒副反应方案进行比较。结果方克与更生霉素化疗组近期治愈率达91.3%(42/46)，5-Fu与更生霉素化疗组近期治愈率达9
2、4.1%(32/34)，两组差异无显著性(P＞0.05)；方克组恶心、呕吐消化道反应发生率为87.4%（166/190），Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度占78.9%(150/190)，仅8.4%(16/190)为Ⅲ度，无一例Ⅳ度发生，与5-Fu组相比，差异具显著性﹙P＜0.05﹚；骨髓抑制发生率71.5%(136/190)，其中Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度占66.3%(123/190)，Ⅲ度仅为5.3%(10/190)，与5-Fu组相比，差异具显著性(P＜0.05)。结论方克联合更生霉素治疗滋养细胞肿瘤近期疗效肯定，骨髓、消化道反应轻。Clinic
