1、题目农商银行体制与改革研究一以龙岩农商银行为例农商银行体制改革问题研究-一以龙岩农商银行为例摘要农村金融经济是现代农村经济的核心，农村信用社（农商银行）作为金融体系的重要一员，是对支持农村经济发展至关重要的金融机构，在支持“三农”经济发展，促进农村经济与社会发展发挥着巨大作用。福建省是我国的农业人省之一，龙岩市也是重中之重，其“三农”经济的发展直接影响着整个国家经济的发展。因此，如何更好的发挥龙岩农商银行支持龙岩市乃至福建省农村经济发展的作用成为值得关注的重要课题。然而，龙岩农商银行在体制改革过程中存在着诸多问题，为了更好的发挥龙岩农商银行支持农村经济

2、发展的作用，促进龙岩市更快、更好的实现农业现代化，本文对龙岩农商银行体制改革问题做更深一步的探讨和研究。本文运用调查法、文献法和对比法等研究方法，从以个部分对龙岩农商银行体制改革问题进行研究。首先，阐明论文研究的背景，即论述龙岩农商银行的发展现状；其次,基于这样的发展背景，分别从管理体制、内部控制制度、信贷制度、金融创新能力及历史包袱等方面探讨龙岩农商银行体制改革存在的问题，并对存在的问题进行原因分析；再次，从国家政策及自身发展优势两个方面分析加快龙岩农商银行体制改革的有利因索;最后针对存在的问题提出进一步加快龙岩农商银行体制改革的建议。关键字：龙岩市
