2、量化证明，并通过访谈法对长治市体育局相关人员进行访谈。得出长治市社会体育指导员普遍趋于老龄化发展，在社会体育指导员队伍中老年人占68.2%的比例。主要原因在于老年人的业余时间较多对社会体育活动有丰富的时间和较人的热情，在思想上老年人更比青年人理解体育健身的重要性。青年人在体育健身活动屮只限于自我健身而参与到社会体育指导员队伍中人数不多。大多青年社会体育指导员对于无报酬的体育活动指导普遍淡漠。而对于社会体育指导员的管理机制和组织缺乏统一性。【关键词】长治市社会体育指导员现状调查ThesocialsportsinstructorsinChangzhipre
