1、第50卷第2期湖北农业科学Vo1.50No.22011年1月HubeiAgriculturalSciencesJan.,2011盐胁迫对多花木蓝种子萌发的影响王文恩,李颖,苏农,余文成(华中农业大学园艺林学学院.武汉430070)摘要:采用纸培法对多花木蓝(IndigoferaamblyanthaCraibinNot.)种子进行盐胁迫试验,设置了0(CK)、2、4、8、12g/L5个浓度梯度的NaC1溶液及NaCI+KC1溶液进行处理,置于光照培养箱中对其进行观察,并测定其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数等指标。结果表明,低浓度的盐溶液可以促进种子萌发,高浓度的盐溶液则会推迟种子发
2、芽,当盐浓度大于8g/L时,明显延迟种子发芽时间;在盐浓度较高(12L)时,发芽率仍然能达55%~70%左右,但高浓度下的发芽质量较差;多花木蓝种子的发芽率、发芽势等指标均随盐浓度升高而呈下降趋势,其中,NaCI+KC1溶液浓度为12g/L时.种子发芽率最低.清水及NaCl溶液浓度为2、4g/L时,种子发芽率最高不同浓度的盐溶液胁迫对发芽率等指标的影响都达到了极显著水平关键词:多花木蓝:种子;萌发;耐盐性中图分类号:$793.9;$723.1+31.1;Q945.78文献标识码:A文章编号:0439—8114(2011)02—0321—04TheEfectsofSaltStresso
