2、充分调研的基础上，本文设计并实现了一套社区居民信息管理系统。该系统包括社区产权管理、社区物业管理、社区居民管理、系统维护管理、社区服务管理等功能模块。在系统设计中使用了面向对象的设计和分析方法，并严格按照MVC架构对系统进行了设计；在系统实现过程中使用了通用的数据访问层，提高了系统的开发效率，也便于系统未来向其他数据库迁移,开发工具选用了Java，保证了系统具有良好的跨平台性；数据库选用了SQL-Sever，在保证性能的同时，降低了数据维护的难度；最后使用压力测试工具和黑盒测试方法，对系统进行了较严格的测试，保证了系统的正确性。实践证明，本项目提升了社区居民信息管理
