2、由贸易区内投资建设三轮摩托车，卡车及工程设备组装加工项RoAsagreedbyPartyA,PartyBhasdecidedtoinvestandconstructtheprojectOfthreewheelsmotorcycles,trucksandconstructionequipmentsassemblingforbusinessdevelopmentwithinthe・FreeTradeZonewhichdeveloped,managedandoperatedbyPartyA.甲乙双方经友好协商达成如下协议：
3、Bytriendlyconsultation,thetwopartiesreachedthefollowingagreements.第一章项目投资规模和主要内容ChapterOne:ProjectInvestmentScaleandMainBusinessArea一、项口总投资共450万美元。按照土地面积投资强度将不低于580美元/平方米。Totalprojectinvestmentreaches4,500thousandUSdollars.Theinvestmentintensityisnotlessthan580

6、区(以下简称“自贸区”)中富工业园内，项目用地采用租赁方式，用地位置、面积、价格、租赁期、支付方式及权证办理等见相关土地租赁合同。ThespecificsiteselectedfortheprojectiswithinFreeTradeZone(OGFTZ)ZhongfuIndustrialParkbylandleasing.Issuesofthelocation,Iand-usearea,price,lease,paymentprocedureandcertificationapplicationshouldref
7、ertorelevantlandleasecontract.第三章双方的责任和义务ChapterThree:ResponsibilitiesandObligations四、根据《尼日利亚出口加工区法》，只有经批准的入园企业才能享受自贸区的相关优惠政策，因此，无论乙方为自然人或企业都需向甲方申请注册为自贸区入园企业。乙方必须在完成入园企业注册后与甲方签订补充协议，以明确该入园企业为木协议乙方的实际履行人并开始享受相关优惠政策。AccordingtotheNigerianExportProcessingZonesAct,
