2、salary・Bonusaccountforsmallpercentageoftotalsalary,itisnotenoughformotivatingkeystaffsandretaintheminlongterm.目前工资结构为:工资总额二基木工资+津贴+年终奖金,其屮津贴占整个工资总额的3%〜10%,奖金占工资总额的20%左右。奖金占工资比例小,对员工的激励不足,不利于长期保留核心员工。2・In2014,theturnoverrateforkeystaffswhoworkedinBCPreachedto14%,whichishigherthanmarketlevel.2014年核

5、ier.人事行政部和财务部一起合作选定合适的激励金保险公司。2・Atthebeginningofeachyear,topmanagementwilldecidetheincentiverateorifBCPwillcontinuetheincentiveplan.Upondecided,HR&AdminDepartmentwillpreparenamelistofkeystaffsandsubmittoGM&DGMforapproval.ThenBCPwillproceedtotheincentiveplanaccordingly.毎年年初,BCP管理层将讨论决定激励金的比率,或者是否继
