3、essofInternetinformat!onpushserviceandrelatedbusinessbyrelevantPRCgovernmentauthorities・ThebusinessesconductedbyPartyBcurrentlyandanytimeduringthetermofthisAgreementarecollectivelyreferredtoasthe"PrincipalBusiness";(3)PartyAiswillingtoprovidePartyBwithtechnicalsupport,consultingservicesando
4、therservicesonexclusivebasisinrelationtothePrincipalBusinessduringthetermofthisAgreement,utilizingitsadvantagesintechnology,humanresources,andinformation,andPartyBiswillingtoacceptsuchservicesprovidedbyPartyAorPartyA5sdesignee(s),eachonthetermssetforthherein.Now,therefore,throughmutualdiscu
