4、cycle.Thepaperpresentsthedesignoftheadvanceddesiccantairhandlingunitwhichusesahighefficientcombinationofavaporcompressionchillerworkingatahighevaporatortemperatureandadesiccantwheel(silicagel).Theelectricityofthechillerissup-pliedbytheCHPsystemandtheheattoregeneratethedesi

5、ccantisthewasteheatoftheCHP.Systemsimulationshavebeenusedtooptimizethehydraulicdesignandtheoperationstrategyinordertominimizeoperationcostsandmaximizeenergysavings.Somenewcomponentmodels,e.g.fortheadvanceddesiccantcycleweredevelopedforthispurpose.Thefinaldesignoftheentire
