4、ersedirection.ThisbreakingoftimereversalsymmetryisconventionallyachievedviaFaradayornonlineareffects.Forapplicationsinaquantumnetwork,featuressuchastheabilitiesofall-opticalcontrol,on-chipintegration,andsingle-photonoperationareimportant.Hereweproposeanall-opt

5、icalopticaldiodewhichrequiresneithermagneticfieldsnorstronginputfields.Itisbasedonamovingphotoniccrystalgeneratedinathree-levelelectromagneticallyinducedtransparencymediuminwhichtherefractiveindexofaweakprobeismodulatedbythemovingperiodicintensityofastrongstandi

6、ngcouplingfieldwithtwodetunedcounterpropagatingcomponents.BecauseoftheDopplereffect,thefrequencyrangeofthecrystalsbandgapfortheprobecopropagatingwiththemovingcrystalisshiftedfromthatforthecounter-propagatingprobe.Thismechanismisexperimentallydemonstratedinaroom
