3、tsevolutionhasbeencharacterizedbymassivegenedecay.Recentwhole-genomeandtranscriptomeanalysesofY chromosomesinhumansandotherprimates,inDrosophilaspeciesandinplantshaveshedlightonthecurrentgenecontentoftheYchromosome,itsoriginsanditslong-termfate.Furthermore,comparativeanalysisofyoungandol

4、dY chromosomeshasgivenfurtherinsightsintotheevolutionaryandmolecularforcestriggeringY-chromosomedegenerationandintotheevolutionarydestinyoftheYchromosome.SexchromosomesarederivedfromautosomesandhaveRecentgenomicadvances,however,haveprovidedSexchromosomesindependentlyevolvedmanytimesindif

5、ferentline-newlydetailedviewsofY-chromosomeevolutionandApairofchromosomeages.Forexample,thehumanXandY chromosomeshaverevealedmanynovelandoftensurprisinginsights12.thatdeterminesthesexofanindividual.originated~200–300millionyearsagoineutherianAnalysesofY-chromosomesequenceshaveshedlightma
