2、OSonlivercancercells.Ourdataindicatedthatwith0.5-2.5mg/mloligochitosaneffect24h,therewasadose-dependenteffect,andtheinhibitionofhepatomacellswassignificantlygreaterthanthelivercells.OnhepatomacellsandlivercellstheIC50was2.5mg/ml,and3.0-4.0mg/ml.Treatedwith2.5mg/mlCOSfor
3、24h,theapoptosisofhepatomacellsincreasedto76.04%,andtheBcl-2expressionofhepatomacellsreduced,whileCaspase-3increased,butitdidnotaffectthetwoproteinsofhepatocytes.Ourresultswillprovideanexperimentalbasisfortheclinicaldevelopmentofnewtoxicsideeffectsofanti-livercancerdrug

6、euticdrug.Oligochitosan,obtainedbyhydrolysisordegradationofchitin(3),has3-10saccharide(N-acetyl-glucosamineorglucosamine)residues(4).StudyhasbeenindicatedthatOligochitosanhasawiderangeofbiologicalactivities.Inparticular,Oligochitosanhavebeenreportedtohavethehealthbenefi
