4、effectivecertificatefor249copies.Ourcountryof3Gdevelopmentisrelativelylaterthantheadvancedcountries.In2009,Chinawasofficiallyforward3Gtime.Intheeconomiccrisisofthedownturnstate,China'sministryofinformationindustryissuedthreethirdgenerationmobilecommunica
5、tion(3G)licenseforChinamobile,ChinatelecomandChinaUnicom.ChinaMobileuseourcountrywithindependentintellectualpropertyrightsofthe3GstandardTD-SCDMA,ChinaTelecomgetCDMA2000licenseandChinaUnicomWCDMAlicense.2009asChina3Gformalfirstcommercial.Althoughthetechn
6、ologybehind3Gmayseemcomplicated,thewaysinwhich3Gwillaffectallofourlivesareeasytoimagine.Justimaginehavingacombinedcamera,video-camera,computer,stereo,andradioincludedinyourmobilephone.Rich-mediainformationandentertainmentwillbeatyourfingertipswheneveryou
