5、hthefirsteukaryote(whichresultedfromtheengulfmentofanα-proteobacteriumbyanarchaean)receivedaclassIIIsirtuinfromthearchaeanparent,whiletheclassIIsirtuinandaclassUsirtuincamefromtheα-proteobacteriumparent.WhilemosteukaryoticclassIIIsirtuinsappeartobederivedfromanarchaealclassIIIsirtuin
