1、INTERSTATEPOWERANDLIGHTCOMPANYIOWAPHOTOVOLTAICINTERCONNECTIONAGREEMENTTHISINTERCONNECTIONAGREEMENT(“Agreement”)No.ismadeandenteredintoasofMonth0,20xx,byandbetweenInterstatePowerandLightCompany(“Company”)anIowaCorporation,andEnterCustomer'sLegalEntityName(“Customer”).CompanyandCustomerar

2、eindividuallyreferredtoas“Party”andcollectivelyas“Parties”.RECITALS1.Customerhasinstalledaphotovoltaicgeneratorandinverter(“Facility”)attheaboveresidenceforthepurposeofoffsettingelectricalusage.CustomerwillcontinuetotakeservicefromCompanyataresidentialrate.2.CustomerhasrequestedthatComp

3、anypermittheinterconnectionoftheFacilitywiththeCompanydistributionsystem,andCompanyagreestopermittheinterconnectionandenterintoanInterconnectionAgreementsettingforththetermsandconditionsonwhichtheFacilitywillbeinterconnectedwithCompany’sdistributionsystempursuanttothetermsandconditionso

4、fCompany’sTariffs.ARTICLE1-SCOPEOFAGREEMENTFacility.CustomershallberesponsibleforinstallationofanynewgeneratingandinterconnectingequipmentfortheFacility,asdescribedinAppendix3,tobelocatedatCustomer’sresidence.AgreementApplicableonlytoFacilityatPointofInterconnection.ThisAgreementisappli

5、cabletotheFacilityidentifiedinthisArticle2andasdescribedinAppendix3andtonootherfacilityofCustomer,andshallapplytotheinterconnectionoftheFacilityatthepointofinterconnectionasdescribedinAppendix2andtonootherpointofinterconnection.Intheeventofanymaterialchangeofmodificationtotheconfigurati

6、onand/oroperationoftheFacility,thePartiesshallingoodfaithnegotiateappropriaterevisionstothisAgreement.ARTICLE2–TERMANDREGULATIONSTerm.ThetermofthisAgreementshallcommenceontheeffectivedateandshallcontinueinfullforceandeffectforaninitialtermofone(1)yearandcontinuingyearlyunlessanduntilter

7、minatedbywrittennoticeofeitherpartyofatleastthirty(30)daysinadvanceoftheproposeddateoftermination.ApplicableLawsandRegulations.ThisAgreementandallrights,obligations,andperformancesofthePartieshereunder,aresubjecttoallapplicablefederal,stateandlocallaws,ordinances,rulesandregula
