1、摘要各省市药品采购实行招投标管理是降低药品价格、确保药品质量、规范采购行为的行之有效的管理办法，有效遏制药品购销活动中不正之风。药品招标的特点在于品种繁杂、规格多样、价格浮动较大，难以操作，针对这一特点，结合XX市医药管理的实际情况开发出《药品集中采购管理软件》，该系统能够根据评标原则自动生成单品种的中标单位，避免了手工招标中的暗箱操作，使药品招标在公平、公正、公开的环境中运行。本系统分为招投标采购管理系统和药品集中采购管理系统两个子系统。招投标采购管理系统主要功能：首先，由投标人向招标人提供药品的药品生产企业和药品批发企业，将需要报送的资料报送到XX代理公司数据库中；同时，医院通过医
