1、浅析消费者权益保护法的完善【内容摘要】：消费者权益是消费者利益在法律上的体现，是国家对消费者进行保护的前提和基础。消费者合法权益保护问题涉及面非常广泛，涉及商品和服务的种类更是举不胜举，侵犯消费者合法权益的行为也有种种不同的表现形式。因此，面对这样一个纵横交错的复杂问题，一方面要做好与现行法律法规的协调，真正建立起消费者的法律体系保护的观念；另一方面又要能够弥补现行法律法规的不足和空白，包括消费者保护的各个方面，形成一个立体保护网，使消费者纠纷发生后，有法可依，并能有效地惩治违法行为和迅捷高效地保护消费者的合法权益。这就必须进一步建立起规范的
2、市场经营秩序和完善保护消费者合法权益的法律责任制度。现代消费者保护立法最早是在资本主义社会进入垄断阶段以后开始的，它的兴起是与世界性的消费者保护运动紧密联系在一起的，消费者权益保护立法的状况如何，已经成为衡量一个国家社会文明发展的程度和法制建设完善程度的一个重要标志。进入新世纪，随着我国加入WTO和社会主义市场经济的不断发展，消费者权益保护出现了许多前所未有的新情况，其中有很多问题已经充分暴露出现行的《消费者权益保护法》存在着理论上的误区和条文上的缺陷，加强这方面的理论研究和法律修订已是迫在眉睫的事情。【关键词】：消费者权益完善建议Conte
