6、Fellow,herunstheworldslargestcellularresearchtestbeds,coordinatedtheEASY-Cproject,andhasreceivednumerousawards.HebeganhiscareeratIBMResearchandhassincedevelopedninestart-upcompanies(sofar).Interferenceisthelimitingfactorincellularcommunicationsandsmartcoordinationoftransmissioncanlead
