4、theoryservestheforeignlanguageteaching.From1980's,withtheconsummationofit,itisdevelopedintoanindependentdiscipline.Howtheforeignlanguageteacherguidesthestudenttolearntheforeignlanguageinparticularastheirforeignlanguagebaseiscomparativelylow?Teacherspaymoreattentiontosuchkindof
5、questions.Thisarticlestartsfromtheexplanationofthenativelanguageandthesecondlanguage,makesthebriefelaborationtothetheoryandattemptstoelaborateitsvaluetotheforeignlanguagelearningandteachinginvocationalcolleges.2.TheNativeLanguageandtheSecondLanguageThefirstlanguagereferstothem
6、othertongue,namely,nativelanguage,butitisnotalwayslikethis,anAmericanborninChina,hismothertongueisEnglish,butthefirstlanguageisaChinese.Thesecondlanguageistheotherlanguage,whichisdifferentfromthemothertongue.Itisusuallyacquiredinthecorrespondinglanguagesurroundings.Themotherto
7、ngue,thefirstlanguage,thesecondlanguageusuallyareobtainedinthecertainlanguageenvironment,therefore,wecallit“acquisition”.Theforeignlanguagestudyasitisnotinthecorrespondinglanguageenvironment,wecallit"theforeignlanguagestudy".Thereisn'tthelinguisticenvironment,thereisn'trealacq
