2、网络化、信息化的发展，许多基于大规模分布式网络环境的信息共享、数据计算、应用服务等得到了广泛应用和飞速的发展，这使得网络环境的安全成为了一个重要课题，为分布式环境下的授权访问机制带来了严峻的挑战。传统的访问控制技术已不适用复杂的分布式网络环境，因此，提出了分布式环境下基于角色访问的多级授权方案。分布式授权系统组织管理与项目管理模块中实现了对组织人员管理、项目管理、项目角色管理、项目资源管理、主权角色管理的功能，实现了资源对人员的授权。主要对分布式环境下基于角色访问的多级授权方案进行了深入的研究，提出了针对本项目的实现方案，将系统分为系统、组织、项

3、目、主权四级系统进行管理，基于角色进行授权和访问控制，使用LDAP目录数据库作为数据支持。分布式授权系统对第三方平台开放，具有良好的通用性和扩展性，实现了系统访问控制、人员管理、资源管理、权限管理的问题。关键词：分布式授权；角色授权；访问控制I分布式授权系统组织管理与项目管理模块的设计与实现ABSTRACTAtpresent,becauseofthedevelopmentoftheglobalnetworkingandinformatization,informationsharing,datacalculationandapplications
