3、ensateforitsAlthoughthenumberofPVinstallationsisrapidlygrowing,theinternallossesandkeepitsDCbusvoltagewithinaneffectiveutilizationofPVinvertersremainslow.Asevenifacceptablerange.AlthoughanumberofpapersdiscusstheinvertersaretooperateinVARmodeduringnighthours,theyd
4、esignofPVinvertersandreferenceoperationinVARmodestillneedsomeactivepowertocompensatefortheirinternalduringnighthours[5,6,7,8],noneoftheaforementionedlosses,regulatetheDCbusandprovidethedesiredlevelofissueshavebeenaddressedordiscussed.Thispaperwillreactivepower.Th
5、ispaperwillprovideadetailedanalysisofPVprovideanovelcontrolstrategythatenablesPVinverterstoinverters’operationinVARcompensationmodewhenactiveabsorblittleactivepowerfromthegridwhentherenewablepowerisnotavailable.Anewcontrolschemeisproposedthatsource(e.g.sun)isnota
6、vailabletocompensatefortheenablesinvertertoabsorblittleactivepowerfromgrid,regulateitsDCbusvoltagewithinlimits,andinjectthedesiredlevelofinverters’internallosses,regulatetheDCbusvoltagetokeepreactivepower.Simulationandexperimentalresultsareprovideditwithinlimits,
7、andoperatetheinvertersinVARmode.Thistovalidatetheanalysis.eventuallyextendstheutilizationofPVinvertersbeyondactivepowergenerationandhelpsimprovinggridstabilityandIndexTerms—HysteresisControl,NightOperationMode,voltageregulation.Detaileddesignprocedureisprovidedan
