3、ityofthestudieshadidentifiedanegativerelationshipbetweenleadershipstyleandemployees’turnoverintentioninvariousfieldsofindustries.ThisstudywasconductedontheacademicstaffinacommunitycollegeinMalaysia.Theresultsofthisstudydidnotsupporttheoutcomeofpreviousresea
4、rch.Although,transformationalandtransformationalleadershipstylesarefoundtohavenegativerelationshiptoemployeeturnoverintentionbutthecorrelationofthesetwovariablesarenotsignificant.Keywords:LeadershipstyleEmployees’turnoverTransformationTransactionalOrganizat

6、ment,inductionandtrainingofnewemployees[29].naturesofbusiness,businessstrategy(profitornon-Indirectcostsarereferringtocostoflearning,reducedprofitoriented).Chanetal.[9]alsoquotedstaffturnovermorale,pressureontheexistingemployeesandthelossasaseriousissueespe
7、ciallyinthefieldofhumanofsocialcapital[12].Inaddition,highstaffturnoverwillresourcesmanagement.Ali[2]alsocommentedthathighjeopardizetheprogressonachievingorganizationpre-turnoverbringsdestructiontotheorganizationintheformdeterminedobjectivesandgoals.Inaddit
