4、ws.Theresearchfindsthatin2011SinohydrodevelopeditsfirstcomprehensivepolicyframeworkforsocialandenvironmentalsafeguardsthatwasinlinewithinternationalstandardssetbytheWorldBank/InternationalFinanceCorporation.Thesepolicieswerehoweverlaterreplacedbyweaker,vaguerpolicy.Thepapersuggeststhereisanee
