4、andmaintenancepackupdatemechanisms.EachFeaturePackincludesaroll-upofallofthecapabilitiesandupdatesthatwedeliverinbundlesandmaintenancepacks.Thisincludesanynewfeatureswe’vedevelopedoff-cycletoo.Soyougetgreatnewfeaturesaswellasinstallationandupgradeconv

5、enience.IfyouareanewPeopleSoftHCM9.1customer,oranexistingpre-9.1customerupgradingto9.1,theHRMS9.1December2010FeaturePackprovidesyouwithasingleinstallationorupgradestepthatgivesyouthelatestfunctionality.YounolongerneedtoinstalltheHCM9.1GeneralAvailabil

6、ityreleaseandthenapplythesubsequentbundlesormaintenancepackstousethelatestdeliveredcapabilitiesinyourapplications.Thisoffersyouconvenienceaswellascostandtimesavingsforyourinstallationorupgrade.WhenwedelivereachFeaturePack,theinstallationfilesarere-cut

7、toincludeallofthepreviouslydeliveredfunctionalityandupdates.Thisprovidesyouwithasingleinstallationorupgradestep.WithFeaturePacks,younolongerneedtowait2-3yearsforthenextmajorreleasetotakeadvantageofnewfeatures;featuresthatcanaddsignificantvaluetoyourbu
