3、Acomputations.Afteranintroductionofthebiology,thispaperreviewedtheapplicationofcodingtheory,especiallyerror,controltheory,insequenceanalysis.Fromthereview,thedmabacksofthepresentapplicationshavebeenidentifiedandapossiblesolutiontotheproblemhasbeengiven.I.INTRODUCTIONTheinformationtheorywasdeveloped

4、byShannontotransmitelectronicsignals[11.Itasintroducedintobiologicalworldfrom1970sbyGatlin[2]andsincethenwidelyusedtoanalysethegeneticsequences.Codingtheoryisjustasubareaoftheinformationtheorywhichtranslatestheinformationbitsintotransmitteddatasysmbol.In1998,Mayintroducedtheerrorcontrolcodingingene
