4、icscreeningtool.ThisreportprovidesrecommendationsontheeffectivenessofinterventionsthatuseanAssessmentofHealthRiskswithFeedback(AHRF)whenusedaloneoraspartofabroaderworksitehealthpromotionprogramtoimprovethehealthofemployees.Evidenceacquisition:TheGuidetoCommunityPr
5、eventiveServices’methodsforsystematicre-viewswereusedtoevaluatetheeffectivenessofAHRFwhenusedaloneandwhenusedincombina-tionwithotherinterventioncomponents.Effectivenesswasassessedonthebasisofchangesinhealthbehaviorsandphysiologicestimates,butwasalsoinformedbychang
6、esinriskestimates,healthcareserviceuse,andworkerproductivity.Evidencesynthesis:ThereviewteamidentifıedstrongevidenceofeffectivenessofAHRFwhenusedwithhealtheducationwithorwithoutotherinterventioncomponentsforfıveoutcomes.Thereissuffıcientevidenceofeffectivenessforf
7、ouradditionaloutcomesassessed.Thereisinsuffıcientevidencetodetermineeffectivenessforotherssuchaschangesinbodycompositionandfruitandvegetableintake.TheteamalsofoundinsuffıcientevidencetodeterminetheeffectivenessofAHRFwhenimplementedalone.Conclusions:Theresultsofthe
