4、understood.Theemergingevidencesuggeststhatepigeneticchangeshaveakeyroleincontrollingthedistincttranscriptionalprofilesofmemorylymphocytesandthusinshapingtheirfunction.InthisReview,wesummarizetherecentprogressthathasbeenmadeinassessingthedifferentialgene

5、expressionandchromatinmodificationsinmemoryCD4+andCD8+T cells,andwepresentourcurrentunderstandingofthemolecularbasisofmemoryT cellfunction.ImmunologicalmemoryisoneofthedefiningfeaturesgeneexpressionprofilesandkineticsinmemoryT cellsEpigeneticregulationo
