3、oductioninanundergroundporous-mediaformationwasfirstlyestablishedandsolvedusingLaplacetransform.Aseriesofstandardlog-logtypecurvesofpressuretransientsforhorizontalwellproductionindifferentformationswereplotted,suchasinfiniteformation,closedformation,edge
4、-water-drivingformationandbottom-water-drivingformation.Nonlinearflowbehavior,includingmainflowregimesanddynamicresponseofpressurewavetodifferentboundaries,werethoroughlyanalyzedusingtheplottedtypecurves.Qualitativeandquantitativeanalyseswereimplementedt
5、ocomparethesolutionsofthelinearandnonlinearmodels.Theresultsshowedthatthenonlinearitycausedbythequadraticpressuregradientinfluencedthepressuretransientspositivelyandthenonlinearflowmodelwilldescribethetransientflowbehaviorforhorizontalwellproductioninunde
