5、ethodrequiresonlyrequiresacomplexunitcommitmentacrossallthepowerplants.theuseoftoday’sstaticsecurity-constrainedeconomicdispatchItismuchhardertosolvethanournovelinteractivelook-ahead(SCED)bythesystemoperators.Theoptimizationaccountingforinter-temporalconstraints,andrampin
6、gratesinparticular,isdispatchbasedondistributedunitcommitmentbythesystemdonebytheDERswhiletheycreatetheirownsupplyanddemandusersandthestaticsecurity-constrainedeconomicdispatchbyfunctions.Toimplementthismethod,today’ssupervisorycontrolthesystemoperator.InPartIIofthispaper
