1、2.5轴数控加工自动编程与手工编程应用对比研究摘要自1952年数控机床诞生以来,先后研究生产出2轴、2.5轴、3轴与多轴控制的机床。程序编制也随着机床的发展,先后经历了手工编程、APT语言编程和交互式图形编程。程序编制是人与数控机床交流互动的介质,它在实现加工自动化、提高加工质量和加工精度、缩短产品研制周期等方面发挥着重要的作用。研究2.5轴数控加工自动编程与手工编程应用,对于合理选择编程方法,理解编程知识,掌握编程方法,领悟数控编程思想具有重要意义。本设计首先介绍了数控机床产生与发展及我国数控机床发展状况,阐述了设计研究的背景与意义。然后介绍了有关数控加工、数控编程等相关知识。其次对
2、给定零件凹模进行数控工艺分析(机床选择、毛坯工艺、刀具与切削用量、走刀路线、工序划分等)与程序编制。最后对凹模程序编制过程进行对比研究,总结手工编程与自动编程特点与应用流程图,总结二者应用在工艺要求、程序结构、应用后期处理等方面的区别;在工艺分析、应用范围、协调发展等方面的联系;总结自动编程与手工编程应用的适用性。关键词:2.5轴数控加工;手工编程;自动编程Thecomparativestudyofmanualandautomaticprogrammingabout2.5-axisCNCmachiningAbstractCNCmachinetoolshasgraduateoutput2
