3、warmop-timization(HPSO)algorithmisproposedtosolvethedecision-making(DM)problem.HAfacilitatestosearchthelocaloptimumintheneighborhoodofasolution,whilethePSOalgorithmtendstoexplorethesearchspaceforpossiblesolutions.CombiningtheadvantagesofHAandPSO,HPSOalgorithmscanfindoutt
