3、ndemotionalwell-being.HealthyHabitNo.1:EatBreakfastEveryMorningBreakfasteatersarechampionsofgoodhealth.Researchshowspeoplewhohaveamorningmealtendtotakeinmorevitaminsandminerals,andlessfatandcholesterol.Theresultisoftenaleanerbody,lowercholesterolcount,

6、ndNutritionshowedthatpeoplewhoconsumedbreakfastcerealeverydayreportedfeelingbetterbothphysicallyandmentallythanthosewhorarelyatecerealinthemorning.Forkids,breakfastappearstoenhancealertness,attention,andperformanceonstandardizedachievementtests,reports
7、theADA.Togetthefullbenefitsofbreakfast,theMayoClinicrecommendsamealwithcarbohydrates,protein,andasmallamountoffat.Theysaythatbecausenosinglefoodgivesyouallofthenutrientsyouneed,eatingavarietyoffoodsisessentialtogoodhealth.Yet,evenwithsomuchscientificsu
