3、craft.IDGsarecomplexsystems,andamajorityoftheexistingfaultdetectionandisolationtechniquesarebasedonousbehaviorstodevelopahybridmodelforthebrushlessACsignalanalysisandheuristicmethodsderivedfromexperience.generatorthataccuratelycapturesthesystemdynamics.TheModel-basedfaultdiagnosistechniquesa
4、rehypothesizedtobemodelisusedtosimulatethemachinebehaviorunderbothmoregeneralandpowerfulindesigningdetectionandisolationnormalandfaultyconditions.Weexplicitlymodeltheexciterschemes,butbuildingsufficientlyaccuratemodelsofcomplexandmaingeneratorsusingthephase-domainrepresentation,IDGsisadifficul
5、ttask.dq0modelshavebeendevelopedfordesignandcontrolofgenerators,butthesemodelsarenotsuitableratherthanthedq0domainrepresentation.dq0modelingisforfaultsituations,wherethegeneratormaybecomeunbalanced.usefulfordesigninganddevelopingcontrollersfornominalInthispaper,wepresentahybridphase-domainmo
6、delforthegeneratorbehavior[1],[9],whilephasedomainrepresenta-aircraftgeneratorthataccuratelyrepresentsbothnominalandtionsfacilitatethesimulationofawidevarietyoftransientparametricfaultybehaviors.Wepresentthedetailsofthehybridphenomenainthemachine,andthispermitsthegeneratortomodelingapproacha
