3、eas.Amulticulturalpolicywasadoptedin1973,advocatingamulticultural-basedsociety,diversityofethnicgroupsandculturalidentities,equalityofallregardlessofethnicorigin,inthelabormarketandsociallife.Thereisalsoadiversityofreligion.Thecurrentimmigrationprogramisglobalanddoesnotdiscriminateonr
4、acialorethnicgrounds.Ifonecansatisfythecriteria,includingbeingingoodhealthandhavingagoodcharacter,onewillbeconsidered.Othercriteriaalsoincludefamilyreunionsandhumanitariancases.ⅡImmigrationpolicyinCanadaCanadaisanimmigrantcountry.However,beforeWorldWarⅡ,Canadausedtohavearacistimmigrat
