3、death,non-dialischemia,functionandcoronaryriskfactorsontotalfatalmyocardialinfarction(MI),heartfailure,unstableandhardcardiaceventsusingmyocardialperfusionimag-angina,anginapectorisandcoronaryrevascularization.inginaJapanesepopulation.Cardiacdeathoccurredin23patients(0.6%

4、)andnon-fatalMethodsAprospectivecohortstudywasperformedinMIin11(0.3%).Amongpatientswithejectionfraction117Japanesehospitals,eachwithanuclearcardiology(EF)of45%andasummeddifferencescore(SDS)ofC2,facility.Atotalof4,031patientswithsuspectedorcon-18.7%(2.4%forcardiacdeathand

5、0.6%fornon-fatalMI)firmedischemicheartdiseasewereregistered.Thepatientsexperiencedtotaleventscomparedwith3.9%(0.3%forwerefollowedupforayeartoinvestigatetotalandhardcardiacdeathand0.2%fornon-fatalMI;P.0001)ofevents,andthosewhohadanyeventswerefollowedupforthosewithEFC45%an
