2、ThepurposeofthissectionistoproviderelevantinformationtoassistyouandyourdesignconsultantIcontractorinthepreparationandsubmissionofproposalsforthefittingoutofsubjectpremises.Thispackageshallnotinanywayaffectand/orvarythetermsandconditionsascontainedinyoursignedConfirmationofTenancy/L

3、easeofwhichthestandardformofTenancyAgreement/Leaseformspart.Intheeventofanyconflict,thetermsandconditionsoftheTenancyAgreement/Leaseshallprevail.APPROVALANDRE-SUBMISSIONOFFITTINGOUTDRAWINGSAfterreceiptandconsiderationofthefittingoutdrawingsandinformation,ourleasingdepartmentwillsen

4、dyouawrittennotificationstatingwhetherapprovalofyourfittingoutproposalhasbeengrantedorre-submissionoffittingoutdrawingsisnecessary.E&McommentsfromourManagementServicesOfficeshallbesenttoyouseparately.Youshouldarrangetore-submitthedrawingsorprovideadditionaldetailsinaccordancewithLa

5、ndlord'srequirements,assoonaspossible,untiltheymeetwiththeapproval.TheLandlordreservestherighttoapprove,rejectorgiveconditionalorpartapprovaloftheTenant'sproposedfittingoutworks,atitssolediscretion.TheapprovaloftheTenant'sfittingoutdrawingsdoesnotinanywayimplytheLandlord'sand/orMan
