6、ealanastomosiswerecarriedout.Histologyreportconfirmedlipoma.Hehaduneventfulpost‑operativerecovery.Mesentericlipomashouldbeconsideredasapossibledifferentialdiagnosisinapatientwithrecurrentfeaturesofintestinalobstructionandamobileabdominalmass.Ahighindexofsus
