3、elting.Numerousspecimensweremadetostudytheadhesionstrengthofcoatingsafterflamedeposition.Thefourchoseninfluentialfactors,thatis,surfaceroughness,preheattemperatureofthesubstrate,distanceofflametorch,andtypeofoxyacetyleneflame,wereoptimizedtomaximizetheadhes

4、ionstrength,usingtheTaguchiparametricmethod.Theconfirmationexperimentshowedthatthedevelopedexperimentalmodelissuitableforoptimizationofflamesprayingdepositionprocess.Basedontheevaluationofcoatingproperties,thebestoverallqualitywasobtainedafterremeltingata

5、peaktemperature1080°Cwith5minutesofholdingtime,followedbyslowaircooling.spraytechnologies,flamesprayedcoatingsshowrelativelyKeywordsadhesionofTScoatings,hardnessand(visco-)elasticproperties,heattreatmentofcoatings,limitedvalues(Ref1)ofadhesionstrength.Ho

6、wever,influenceofsprayparameters,preheatingofflamesprayingtechnologyisstillwidelyused,andthere-substrates,porosityofcoatings,residualstressforeitisreasonabletoexaminetheefficiencyofmoderndeterminationapproacheswhenimprovingthequalityofcoatings.Themainobjec
