3、.Inordertosolvetheseproblems,anew“wirelesson-offcontrol”systemforAccepted19November2011adjustingandmeteringhouseholdheatisproposed.Thetechnologyworksinthefollowingway:1)Availableonline7December2011acalorimeterisinstalledineachbuildingtomeasurethetotalheatconsumptionofthebuilding;2)on-offvalvesarein

4、stalledineachhouseholdwithanindividualindoortemperaturecontrolprovided.TheKeywords:roomtemperaturecanbemaintainedbycontrollingthevalvesaccordingtotheon-timeratiowhichisOn-offcontrolpredictedbythethermalstrategies;and3)theheatingcostofeachhouseholdcanbeallocatedaccordingOn-timeratiototheheatingareaa

5、ndtheaccumulativeopentimeofthevalve.TheproposedtechniquehasbeenHeatmeteringappliedintwenty-fiveresidentialcommunitieswithatotalareaof2,500,000m2.ThetestresultsshowHeatallocationthat:1)indoortemperatureswereaccuratelycontrolledwithin0.5Cofthesetpoint;2)theEnergy-savinganddistrictheatingsystemtemper
