1、毕业设计（论文）题目汽车4S店CRM管理系统37摘要随着汽车产业的迅猛发展，以汽车整体销售、汽车配件销售、售后服务和信息反馈的4S经营模式应运而生，它作为产业链条中重要环节，也面临着巨大的机会和挑战，因此原始的管理手段已经不能适应当前的发展需求。而随着竞争加剧，不断有4S店关门倒闭的消息，于是，有了新的理解：在对营销模式的分析外，还必要用信息化管理提升核心竞争力。经过对汽车4S店多方面的调查和研究，综合以往的汽车企业管理模式和当今需求，设计出了汽车4S店管理系统。从基本上讲，该系统的设计必须要顾及到适合当今发展形势以及企业的泛用性。本系统采用多层框架结合
2、，整个系统根据功能划分为用户和管理者两个不同的身份，给出不同的操作界面，在页面中根据身份判断来实现相应功能。整个系统划分为客户功能模块、库存管理、会员管理、订单管理、输出管理等五大功能模块。它根据添加数据库相应的数据，来拉近客户与管理者的距离，使得交易更简单、方便，实现了客户会员和商品库存同时管理的综合性要求。本管理系统采用“MyEclipse”为开发环境，采用“JSP+Oracle10g”开发技术，利用JAVA语言进行编程求解，系统设计简单易懂，界面清洁，操作方便。关键词：汽车管理系统；SSH框架；JSP37AbstractThe4Sautomarke
