1、第期张舞杰,等:自动影像测量系统的设计2文章编号基于微位移驱动镜的自适应控制算法研究曹洪瑞1,2(1.中国科学院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所,吉林,长春130033;2.中国科学院大学,北京100039)摘要:捕获、跟踪和瞄准(ATP)系统是进行高速大容量激光通信的核心,在长距离激光通信中大气等外界扰动产生的光斑抖动严重影响了激光通信终端间的精确对准,大大降低了通信链路的稳定性和通信质量。为抑制光斑抖动造成的影响,提高对目标的跟踪精度,本文提出一种改进的微位移驱动镜控制方法。分析了自适应控制和常规PID控制的特点,并论述了结合两种算法进行复合控制的优势,根据李雅普诺夫理论提出参考模型自适应P
2、ID控制算法,并对常规PID和参考模型自适应PID复合控制算法进行仿真分析和对实际光斑抖动的闭环跟踪实验。实验结果显示,自适应PID控制器获得的超调为2%,上升时间为3ms,跟踪精度优于2µrad,全面优于常规PID控制算法。与传统PID控制相比,文中提出的控制算法对抑制光斑抖动具有更好的控制效果。关键词:激光通信;光斑抖动;快速反射镜;PID;自适应中图分类号:TP394.1;TH691.9文献标识码:AAdaptivealgorithmresearchbasedonmicrodisplacementdrivingmirrorCAOHong-rui1,2(1.ChangchunInstit
