2、edrelatedprojects,suchasenterpriseresourceplanning(ERP)andsystematicallyadoptedriskmanagementprocedureprojectshaveahighfailurerate.Plannedandsystematicallythroughouttheimplementationprojectreducesthepossibilityadoptedriskmanagementprocedureiscrucialtokeepprojectsofrisksoccurring.
3、TherisksarehigherforSMEsasthecostontimeandwithinbudgetwithallrequirementsfulfilled.Inthispaper,wehaveanalysedthecriticalrisksofERPprojectsoverrunsduringimplementationmayputfinancialstrainonthroughthecasestudyofthreemanufacturingsmallandthefirmandthussubstantiallyimpactfirmperform
4、ance[2].mediumsizeenterprises(SMEs).First,byusingInaddition,SMEshavelessofachanceofrecoveringfromacompany-specificriskanalysismethod,thecriticalrisksofthefailedERPimplementationattemptthanlargeenterprises[6].ERPprojectshavebeenidentifiedandassessed.Second,bySeveralstandardisedtoo
5、lsandmethodshavebeenusingcharacteristicsanalysismethod,therecommendationsofdevelopedtohelpcompaniestobettermanagetheirERPhowtodividetheERPprojectsintomanageablesubprojectshavebeengiven.projects.Inthisstudy,wepresentexperiencesofcompany-specificriskanalysismethod(RAM)andIndexTerms
