5、nsintheSouthChinaSea,twicesendingwar-neighboursandheightensthedangerofconflictwithsomeofshipstosailthroughwatersclaimedbyChina.ThisseemedathemandwithAmericaitself.Recallingitsownslogansaboutbelatedattempttoshowthat,whoeverownsthespecksofstabilityandpeace,itshouldbackoff.land
